Further, should their health change in the future, they are guaranteed optimal on-campus senior health care available without having to relocate.

Sitting on more than 95 scenic acres, our lush landscape can make residents forget that a bustling city lies just beyond. Enjoy a lively day of shopping or take a day trip to the beach — just a short drive away. Or if you would rather relish in a quieter day, dive into a book from our expanded library and then relax with a massage.

The waitlist is for older adults who wish to be Future Residents at Cypress Glen. A Future Resident Agreement, which allows for two different residence styles, is submitted along with a residency application and the appropriate application fee ($250 single and $350 couple). The Future Resident deposit is $1,000 per person and is applied to the 10% deposit paid at the time the buyer’s agreement is signed.
