He loves it there and he always speaks so highly of the staff there as well. He says concierge is super helpful when he needs something, and the activities are well planned. If he has any issues, the director is always there to help resolve them. It’s super clean and everyone is friendly. They even have an overnight security person at the front that checks on everyone overnight. This young lady has helped my uncle out 3 times when he fell in his apartment and couldn’t get to the phone. She’s always vigilant and it helps keep our family’s peace of mind knowing she is there at night in case of emergencies. Couldn’t be happier with the all around care for my uncle. However, after seeing the care that she has gotten by the entire staff, I could not be more certain that we made the right decision. First off, we were so impressed at how clean the facility was. The staff is very good about calling my sister (she's the POA) and keeping us updated on her meds or doctor visits, etc. I see such a positive change in my mom since she has been in Clarendale. The staff could not be nicer. Every one of them. Kiki is her nurse and she is absolutely wonderful, as are all the staff that we have encountered. I wish i could remember all of their names because they all deserve to be recognized.
