I had a horrific experience with the moving company from Miami and the Management and Maintenance staff here at NorthPoint stepped in and handled the situation providing minimal stress for me. The Maintenance team is excellent and very protective of the residents. I like it here,however, I have two suggestions; 1. Some of us find it difficult to get on and off of the dining room chairs in the Dining Room. I would like to have hand rails/grab bars installed along a wall making it easier to for us to get up and down by ourselves. 2. I would like to see more activities offered. I would like more physical options offered, something to challenge our minds, not just cards and Bingo. I would like to see a resident meeting where we can talk freely and discuss options for activities." Joyce Fierke
