LCS Development to Lead Cypress Glen Expansion Project 

LCS Development, An LCS Company, has announced the closing of financing for the community expansion and remodel project at Cypress Glen, a senior living community located in Greenville, North Carolina. The $90 million project will add 57 independent living residences and include a new auditorium, expo kitchen, wine bar, and remodeled amenities at the community. LCS Development has led the planning, development, design, and will oversee the construction services. The expansion is slated to be complete by November 2025.

Cypress Glen sits on over 95 scenic acres and is the only Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Eastern North Carolina. Life Care Services also provides management services and support for the community and its residents.
